NPA's artists teach and perform in schools and communities all across Kentucky.  Since programming began in 1992 NPA has:

• Reached an audience of over one million with live performances.

• Placed its programs in nearly three-fourths of Kentucky’s 120 counties.

• Engaged and trained hundreds of artists from Kentucky, the U.S. and the world.

• Raised over $1 million to subsidize programs and services.

• Added over $2 million to the Kentucky arts economy.

• Operated at a combined donor/recipient cost of less than $2.50 per child.
