The programming of New Performing Arts is an innovative new model for the development of the cultural infrastructure in smaller communities, each year growing more new links between gifted performing artists and new audiences in rural Kentucky schools and communities.

New Performing Arts begins with top quality programs, delivers them with a high level of needed support services, and raises subsidy funding to ensure that programs are affordable to schools and communities across Kentucky.
